Things to know about the Shared Power in Supervision Training
Ideal participants are nonprofit and public library staff who want to strengthen their relationships with direct reports. This includes those who are new to management roles and seasoned management staff. Participants should have fewer than 10 direct reports.
The fee for the training is $495/person. If you would like training for 20+ or more, please contact us.
The training is delivered virtually via Zoom. It takes place for a total of 4 hours (including breaks).
The four dates the training will be offered in 2025 are: Thursday, February 27, Wednesday, March 26, Thursday, April 17, and Wednesday, May 18. More dates may be added in the fall.
9:00 am - 1:00 pm PST/ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm MST/ 11:00 am - 3:00 pm CST/ 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm EST
The training includes approximately 3.5 hours of instruction and small group planning time (4 hours including breaks). Participants also receive 1-year access to an online portal with presentation slides and sample meeting agendas. They will also receive a gift mailed to them and may opt to attend office hours for more personal and informal support.
If you are not able to attend on the date you selected, you can request to attend on a different date or transfer your registration to another person. We do not offer refunds for registration (unless the event is cancelled).
